NEW ONLINE OPTION TO PAY TAXES

Danby Township residents can now pay their taxes online by clicking on the link below.  You can also mail your taxes to PO Box 566, Portland MI 48875, or use the drop box at the Township Hall.

Current winter taxes are due February 14 to pay without penalty.  They can be paid after that to the Township Treasurer through February 29 and any unpaid taxes after March 1 must be paid at the County Treasurer's office.

The Township Treasurer will be at the Township Hall to collect taxes between 9 am to 5 pm on February 14 and February 29.  

​

If you have any questions about your tax bill, please call.  Check your bill as soon as you receive it for correct name spelling, address, and homestead (PRE).  Please call if you find an error.

Please send the top portion of your bill with your payment.  It really speeds up the processing.

 

Tax bills are mailed to mortgage companies if they request them.  If you have recently refinanced your mortgage, you may need to send your mortgage company a copy of the bill.

 

If you need another copy of your receipt, I will be glad to send a new one to you.
