Superior Mine Additional Truck Traffic Notice
The sand and gravel mine on Emery Rd, south of Kent St, has been contracted for a road project on I-96 which will result in more truck traffic than usual beginning the week of August 11. The mines operating hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:30 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Trucks will come and go as needed for the job.
Recycling Information
Recycling is available at various locations (no longer shared with Portland Township). See links below but check first as hours and days of the week change with the seasons.

The Danby Township Board of Review (BOR) currently needs 2 more members - if interested please call Supervisor Dan Platte at 517-994-8086. The terms are for two years. A real estate or assessing background is helpful.
